Space Camp

Overview

Space Camp is an initiative organized to excite the young minds toward Space, Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. This Space Camp will be an exceptional learning journey, as it will allow the students to achieve overall understanding of space science and satellite engineering using hands-on learning approach

Space Camp Activities

This A 3 days program, involves hands-on workshops focusing on providing awareness, and understanding of:

Introduction to the UAE National Space Program
Satellite and research projects by the National Space Science and Technology Center
Understanding of how satellites work
Analyzing data and taking photos in space
Navigation and mapping
Remote sensing
Satellite Subsystems
Designing space missions
Designing, Building and programing a Nano Satellite (Cube-Satellite)
